A series of seminars, devoted to increase of profitability of trade enterprises and restaurant business, were carried out by experts of Voronezh region administration Central administrative Board on business and consumer market development and the Agency of regional development for representatives of regional trade business. As the Board informed, shops managers and director, heads of trading companies, marketing and personnel services, had been informed on Voronezh retail trade particularities and development, on effective equipment arrangement in shops and malls etc. Within the frameworks of seminars such reports were listened as "Research of demand, as the operative tool of turnover management and increase", "Personnel in shop - development of service standards", "Development of public catering in Voronezh.
