City Hall Introduces micro crediting system

Complex of measures on regional micro crediting system development will be stipulated in Voronezh municipal business support and development program for 2006 - 2008 which is being now developed in the City Hall. As the City Hall information-analytical department informs, it is supposed, that micro crediting will be carried out through a city and regional network which will include state and municipal funds of small business support, credit consumer cooperative societies, other funds and district centers for small business support. The program's main purpose is to provide small business unattractive for banks because of its size with access to financial resources. The plan of microcrediting system introduction provides local legislation improvement, development of long-term mechanisms of city micro financial sector support and popularization of micro financing model in the community.
