Voronezh businessmen demand revision of authorities' approach to small business

Voronezh businessmen meeting took place on Lenin Square on the 14th of March. As Voronezh regional public organization "Association of businessmen" has informed more than 500 SME representatives participated in the action and unanimously supported the meeting's resolution. In this document participants demand a basic change of the approach to small business from the city and region legislative and executive authorities. In particular, acceptances of the regional Law "About regressed claims", stipulating personal responsibility of authorities' officials for bills damaging SME activity, decrease in VAT rate. Among other claims - development of a bill facilitating transaction of temporary trade constructions into permanent for a reasonable fixed payment, depending on a trade outlet location, prolongation of validity of temporary constructions' warrants and contracts on land rent for kiosks - for 10 years, pavilions - 15 years, and in the perspective - till 49 years.
