Meeting on organization of the application process for federal innovative programs "Start" and "Temp" passed in the Voronezh regional administration on the 3d of December.

As the deputy chief of the Regional Administration Central Administrative Board on Industry, Transport, Communications and Innovations Herman Schukin informed, the basic theme of the meeting was conditions of applications' submission for participation both in federal innovative programs "Start" and "Temp" and in Voronezh region innovative activity development program for 2005 - 2008.

The work resulted into announcing terms of applications' submission, it was also planned to organize a competition among the applications with the subsequent financing of the winner. Thus, potential participants of the regional program should submit applications till the 1st of January 2005, participants of the federal programs - till the 20th of January.
